DONE! That's it! *whew*
This was one of the more popular pieces from the Sketch-A-Day Project this year, or so the voting results said. I always did want to finish this piece, but it made me all kinds of nervous... and I learned a great deal about staining and non-staining colors while working on this... the hard way. *heh*
But, seahorse daddy and his little mer-babies are done!
MATERIALS USED: W&N watercolors and white ink for detail.

I love this! Very cute idea and great colors (though, I think the sketch one looked great already, with your beautiful use of white). Heee I love the little one on the bottom, hooked to his daddy's tail!
I just have a question, I'm surprised that they don't have a dorsal fin, because I thought that's how seahorses usually swim... was it done on purpose?
