This really needs a name... actually, aside from last week's piece, I'm pretty crap with names, so any and all suggestions will be welcome! :)

Had rather a lot of fun with this piece, and after tweaking some of the saturation of the marker original in Photoshop, quite happy with the piece on the whole, particularly the background, which doesn't happen often!

You're welcome. I don't know why they don't stress his work more in school. I have only recently found out who he was, though I've seen his art as a kid and loved it even then.

You know, I don't know! Mucha is such an influential artist on more recent generations, and his work is so influential amongst illustrators. He really did bring the whole movement to life, and I've been a fan for a long time. :)

I did not hear about him till I was 23, but I've seen his art as a kid. Your work really shows the influence , and I love it. I'm thinking of illustrating my future book cover using Mucha's influence. Maybe I'll get to it by the end of the month (if another commission does not overtake my plans). M
